I have owned my Remington Microscreen XLR 800 shaver for almost thirty years. I recently replaced the microscreen. The shaver still works like new and provides one of the closest electric shaves to date that I have had, including electric shavers costing much more. My sole complaint about this particular model is it is noisy. However, I would highly recommend a Remington microscreen shaver over any rotary blade shaver.

This was a simple replacement of the foil screen on a portable AA battery operated Remington Shaver Model XLR-370. Installation was simple and quick. Operates like brand new on a low mileage nearly 20 year old shaver. It's an emergency shaver for quick and remote shaves away from home and on the road. Works great on the model I have and was intended to replace.
