I wasn't sure if this hose would fit because of the powermate attachment. It fits perfect. The hose is slightly narrower but I think this made the suction more powerful. Very glad I purchased this.

Good replacement for what [@] doesn't have anymore. Only bad part was that it was about a foot shorter than the original, which was turning into a duck tape masterpiece. Other than that, it had the right stuff for the job.

We have lots of carpet so we use our vacuum all the time. When the original hose shorted out I paniced, Ordering the new hose was easy and convenient. When I got it, I plugged it into the vacuum and it was ready to go! The only con is that the hose isn't as long as the original however it's not so short that I feel it interfers with the ease of cleaning (vacuuming under beds for example). It is very adequite for what it is needed and used for.
