I have had two of these units, they last about 9 months then either clog up and you can't clean them inside or they stop heating sufficiently for a hot cup of coffee. I understand they have issues but I tried them anyway, but If you want reliability I'd stay away from this brand

I am a die hard Peets coffee person, use a cone and cone filter. I have really loved the Keurig. No filters...no grinding...no mess..and some of the coffee brands are excellent!! I am sold!

I purchased the coffee maker and carasel so that I could have the convenience of a good cup of coffee, tea, or cocoa while basking in the comfort of my second floor bedroom suite. This is perfect for that purpose.

Love the convenience and taste of a fresh cup of coffee. Sometimes miss a whole pot on Sat or Sun, but this cuts down on my coffee drinking so it may be a good thing. Two coffee drinkers in the same family can each have it their own way.

I use the reusable filter instead of buying the cups. It saves me a lot of money and doesn't produce all the waste. The resuable filter I think makes a weaker cup of coffee though so I just bought stronger coffee.

this was a gift for my son's birthday and he absolutely loves it. It is convenient, fast, makes a great cup of coffee and he can have a variety of coffee's and there is no waste.

We use the Keurig Elite in our office (8 employees) for both our customers and our staff. Everyone loves how easy it is to use and the option to have a variety of items to choose from; some like reg coffee, others flavored decafe, and the boss loves the Hot Chocolate. The only negative is that it does not automatically turn off, as the advertisement claimed. It has been a great addition to the office.

One of the mail reasons to purchase the Bemis Humidifier Filter is the frame around the filter. The filter does slide in with ease and when it is time to change the filter your fingers will have the frame to grab hold of instead of having to struggle with the direct contact of a moldy "universal or fits most" filter. I believe that the humidifier itself remains cleaner and produces cleaner air with the filter that fits it best, Bemis.
