CONS BEST USES Comments: I have a very old Oster that i have used for years (13) and just had to replace the blades for the first time. I was not sure I could get the replacement parts. Great. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: Does what it is supposed to. Purchase experience was fine. Only reservation is: why did the original one have to break in the first place? But it did last a few years with daily use crushing ice, much longer than the plastic base ones, so I can't really complain. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: Can't beat the price. I got it to replace one with a broken internal seal that was leaking from the bottom, the hex connection to the blender, from the last one I bought many, many years ago. Was not the O-ring seal, but some internal seal inside the blade unit. New one is holding up well and does a good job with my yogurt smoothies. No more leaking out the bottom. :) |

The old blade assembly had a worn bearing and would leak out the bottom. We have had this blender about 10 years. The new blade extends the life of our blender[...]Thanks, RB, Minnesota. |

Comments: Needed to replace bender blades. Couldn't get it in stores, hard to locate on manufacturer's site. TotalVac not only had the blades available, they were also easy to find and purchase on their site.
