Had a little difficulty taking the cover off the plastic casing however when I did get it off the battery fit exactly perfect. Soldering the wire ends was easy and once it was done, My Rumba vac was good as new. Will do it again if I need to.

The battery brings life back to my tired Roomba. If you're not comfortable with a soldering iron, spree the extra money for a replacement battery.
